Candice Core

My name is Candice Core and I have been an RN for 6 years. I currently work at Johnston Medical Center in Smithfield in the cardiac cath lab. I have also worked on medical-surgical units, endoscopy, and intensive care. I am excited about starting back to school because it is one step closer to obtain my master's degree. I am leaning towards an interest in Family Nurse Practitioner. I am a little nervous about taking online classes but I have taken them before and I know that we can all make it through these classes. I am eager to obtain my BSN and also to learn some new things through this class as well as others. I am married and have no children, but I do have a cat who I consider my child. I enjoy spending time at the beach, working outside, and reading in my spare time. I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope every one has a great semester.
